A 6-week intensive online and practical course teaching you the main exercises in functional training (including Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics) and how to effectively cue, scale and progress them. This includes online learning, mentoring sessions and shadowing our mentors to develop you further in class management, coaching, scaling, cueing and spotting faults.
Learn how to breakdown and coach complex movements in classes. Learn how to create effective lesson plans for a class based environment and different levels of athletes.
